Fans of the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival have more time than ever to enjoy culinary favorites, live entertainment, and more, as the annual festival is underway daily from July 15 to November 20, 2021.

Global Marketplaces

At this year’s Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, 32 global marketplaces will take festival-goers on a culinary journey that will span six continents.

While delicious bites from returning favorites like Canada, Greece, Germany, and the Appleseed Orchard are on the menu, there are five new marketplaces to tempt your palate.

Brew-Wing at the Epcot Experience: Explore an array of crowd-pleasing picks like chicken wings and flatbreads—along with assorted beers and ciders.

Rotunda Bistro: Nosh on tasty cuisine featuring fresh seafood and produce in the American Adventure Pavilion.

Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina: Treat your senses to traditional Moroccan cuisine, like grilled kebabs and a falafel pita.

Please remember that in-park dining requires a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date for each person in your party, ages three and up.

Live Entertainment

This is a video of the JAMMin’ Chefs from a few years ago that I absolutely LOVE!!!!!!! This year they will be performing on the Canada Mill Stage daily.

Live entertainment is back for the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival with a new concert series that is sure to be a fan favorite!

The following Epcot favorites will be returning for this year’s festival:

JAMMin’ Chefs: This funky drumming crew will break it down with pots, pans, and other kitchen gadgets on the Canada Mill Stage.
Mariachi Cobre: Make sure to take time to enjoy the melodies of this world-famous traditional folk music from Jalisco, Mexico, on the American Garden Theatre stage daily.
Voices of Liberty: There won’t be a dry eye in the American Gardens Theatre as the inspiring vocal performances from the Voices of Liberty celebrate America’s spirit and beauty.

New to the 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is the America Gardens Bandstand. This live music concert series will occur every Friday through Monday evening featuring local bands from across Central Florida playing popular songs of yesterday and today on the America Gardens Theatre stage.

Family Fun

Families will find two Ratatouille-inspired adventures at the 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Available for purchase throughout the park, Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak will have kids of all ages searching high and low around Epcot for statuettes of Remy hidden throughout World Showcase and the Global Marketplaces.

Once seekers have found and matched all of the ingredient stickers to their map, they will receive a surprise at Disney Traders, located at the entrance to World Showcase, from Chef Remy.

Families looking for a culinary exploration will want to check out Emile’s Fromage Montage, which will let adventurous eaters sample a variety of cheeses served in inventive ways.

To participate in the challenge, families will purchase any five cheese dishes from select Global Marketplaces listed in the Festival Passport to collect the special stamps for a prize unique to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Walt Disney World 50 anniversary June 2021 Update

I am really excited to share more news about The World’s Most Magical Celebration starting October 1^st to celebrate the 50^th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.

Let’s start at the Magic Kingdom where a new nighttime spectacular, “Disney Enchantment,” will help kick off the The World’s Most Magical Celebration festivities when it debuts October 1.

'Disney Enchantment' Debuts Oct. 1 at Magic Kingdom Park — Disney

This evening extravaganza will take you on a journey filled with adventure, wonder, and empowerment that will inspire everyone to believe in magic.

“Disney Enchantment” will feature music, enhanced lighting, stunning fireworks and, for the first time, immersive projection effects that extend from Cinderella Castle down Main Street, U.S.A.

Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Character Fashions — Disney

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will be your hosts for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration,” and they couldn’t leave out their best pals!

Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto, and Chip ‘n’ Dale will also be sporting their own custom-made EARidescent looks, and you can see them when they travel through Magic Kingdom Park several times daily in the new “Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade” beginning October 1^st.

'Disney Fab 50' Character Sculptures at Walt Disney World Resort — Disney

Newly announced is also the “Disney Fab 50”, a series of 50 golden character statues that will be located throughout the Magic Kingdom that guests will be able to interact with in a surprising way. I can’t wait to find out more information about this!!!

'Harmonious' Debuts Oct. 1 at EPCOT — Disney

Over at EPCOT, “Harmonious”, one of the largest nighttime spectaculars ever created for a Disney park, will debut on October 1^st.

This new show will bring the globe together at World Showcase Lagoon in a celebration of Disney music that inspires people worldwide.

It’s a grand, powerful tribute to the stories and songs that unite us, embracing new technical magic that incorporates pyrotechnics, choreographed moving fountains, lighting and media in new ways.

“Harmonious” will invite you to travel the globe through new interpretations of classic Disney songs as never heard before…reimagined in more than a dozen languages by a diverse group of 240 artists from around the world.

Not to be left of out festivities, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will debut a new daytime entertainment offering.

GUYS! Check out this artist rendering of “Disney KiteTails,” which will come alive several times a day at the Discovery River Amphitheater beginning October 1.

Performers will fly windcatchers and kites of all shapes and sizes, while out on the water elaborate three-dimensional kites – some stretching to 30 feet long – will depict Disney animal friends, including Simba, Zazu, Baloo, and King Louie.

These colorful creations will dance through the sky to the beat of favorite Disney songs in an uplifting, vibrant experience for the whole family.

Walt Disney World 50 anniversary - Book — Disney

This fall, you can bring home “Walt Disney World: A Portrait of the First Half Century,” a beautiful new coffee table book from Disney Editions. You can see the cover art above for this insider’s look at the history and evolution of Walt Disney World, written by Kevin Kern, Tim O’Day and Steven Vagnini. The book will be available for purchase beginning Sept. 28 at Walt Disney World, shopDisney.com and wherever books are sold. Disney After Hours Boo Bash Brings Spooky Fun

A new Halloween-themed event is spiriting its way into Magic Kingdom Park this fall at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. “Disney After Hours Boo Bash” will take place select nights August 10 – October 31, 2021, from 9 p.m. to midnight*.

Disney After Hours Boo Bash will have spooky fun for the whole family that will include:

Special cavalcades full of characters popping up throughout the night including “Mickey’s Happy Halloween Cavalcade” featuring Mickey Mouse and friends dressed for the occasion. In the “Disney Villains Halloween Cavalcade,” villains will take to the street and celebrate their favorite time of the year. “Jack’s Nightmare Cavalcade” will feature Jack Skellington, Sally and Oogie Boogie riding down the parade path to “This Is Halloween.” Maleficent will also make an appearance in the form of a fire-breathing dragon.
Favorite friends lurking about, from the lovely Miss Carlotta at the Haunted Mansion to Goofy and Chip ‘n’ Dale in their Halloween best, with other surprise guests spotted across the park. Guests can also stop and listen to the Cadaver Dans during performances on Main Street, U.S.A.
Complimentary snacks such as ice cream novelties and popcorn, along with select beverages included in event admission.
Less wait times at 20 attractions including Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Haunted Mansion attraction, Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan’s Flight, Space Mountain and more.

Decorations on Main Street, U.S.A., will receive a magical transformation during event nights in October. Walt Disney Imagineering, in partnership with the Walt Disney World Resort Holiday Services team, will blend a fall look with the enchanting story of Cinderella by creating special pumpkin coach decorations. This new décor will add to the park’s sparkling EARidescence during “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” that begins Oct. 1, honoring the 50^thanniversary of Walt Disney World.

All foolish mortals can dress in costume for “Disney After Hours Boo Bash,” and can get their fill of Halloween candy while trick-or-treating around the park. Costume masks are not permitted for adults; they can only be worn by children under 14 years old. Guests should check DisneyWorld.com/Updates as well as the Walt Disney World Resort Costume Policy for more information. Disney After Hours Boo Bash is a limited-capacity and separately ticketed event that does not require an additional day’s theme park ticket or Disney Park Pass reservation. Tickets will grant admission to Magic Kingdom as early as 7 p.m., giving guests time to enjoy even more magic before the event begins.

Tickets start at $129 – $139, plus tax for August/September nights and $159 – $169, plus tax for October nights, and $199, plus tax for Halloween. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can take advantage of a $10 discount for event nights in August and September.

Busch Gardens Tampa Announces the Return of Fireworks Every Night

Summer Nights just got brighter at Busch Gardens!

Due to popular demand, the park’s NEW nighttime spectacular, “Spark!” can now be enjoyed every night starting Friday, June 11 through Sunday, August 8.

As the biggest and brightest show ever to light the park’s sky, “Spark!” features an explosive array of fireworks and exciting effects from dazzling lasers to graceful water elements and dramatic pyrotechnics.

From the electrifying pre-party to the epic grand finale, the dazzling experience of “Spark!” can be enjoyed with any park ticket, Fun Card or Annual Pass. Through June 27, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is offering free admission for U.S. military veterans and their families to its SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld San Antonio, and SeaWorld San Diego parks with their Waves of Honor program.

U.S. military veterans and retirees must register their complimentary single-day ticket(s) for themselves and up to three dependents online at www.WavesofHonor.com before May 23.

After registering, all tickets must be redeemed by June 27. As an added thank you, veterans and active military service members can also purchase up to six additional tickets at 50% off.

Service members and their direct dependents must have a valid active military ID to participate.

On the Go In the Parks - SeaWorld Seven Seas Food Festival Cinco de Mayo

You can keep celebrating Cinco de Mayo at SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival May 7 -9!!!

During these special celebrations, included with theme park admission, guests can experience:

FIESTA IN THE STREET – The Wild Arctic Plaza comes to life as entertainers, stilt walkers, and party starters get this full-blown fiesta going.
12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
DJ DANCE PARTY – Get your feet moving at this fun-filled party (with physical distancing) as we spin new and old beats throughout the day.
12:00 p.m. – 6 p.m.
LIVE MUSIC – Immerse yourself in the traditional music of Mexico as classic bands bring their beautiful and bold sounds to Orlando.
12:00 p.m. – 6 p.m.
MEXICAN FLAVORS – Savor new and classic tastes as part of our Seven Seas Food Festival including our take on a classic Elote dish, drunken shrimp tostadas, beef barbacoa tacos, and delicious beer and cocktails.
11:30 a.m. to park close.

Waves of Honor Offer for SeaWorld Parks

U.S. military veterans and retirees must register their complimentary single-day ticket(s) for themselves and up to three dependents online at www.WavesofHonor.com before May 16.

After registering, all tickets must be redeemed by June 27. As an added thank you, veterans and active military service members can also purchase up to six additional tickets at 50% off.

Service members and their direct dependents must have a valid active military ID to participate.

A Taste of Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival

EPCOT is in full bloom as the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival fills the park with farm-fresh flavors from around the world until July 5th!

This annual celebration will be slightly different, but beautiful flowers, topiaries with character, fan-favorite entertainment, and family fun can be found around every corner.

PJ Masks Event at Sea Life Orlando

Calling all heroes, starting today PJ Masks is diving into SEA LIFE Orlando exclusively with a brand-new Aquarium-wide adventure.

For the first time ever, elements of the hit animated series for preschoolers will come to life in Orlando!

Guests will help ‘Stop the Marine Mayhem’ around every corner at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium from April 30^th through May 21^st during the limited time experience.

On the Go in the Parks: May 7-9, 2021

Raise your hand if you are ready to be On the Go in the Parks this weekend…I know I am!

As the theme parks of Central Florida start relaxing their COVID-19 Protocols, there are some important things to note and to keep in mind as you are planning your next vist to be On the Go in the Parks.

Both parks are still requiring guests to wear face coverings except when guests are stationary eating or drinking in appropriate areas.
The Universal Orlando Resort announced via their website that they would no longer be conducting temperature checks for guests prior to entry into the park and will be reducing their social distancing to 1 meter/3 feet.
While not part of the official announcement, park guests have shared on social media that the Universal Orlando Resort parks are once again utilizing the single-rider lines, seating parties together, and filling all rows in both their attractions and shows.
At the Walt Disney World Resort, temperature checks will be phased out in all areas that require them by May 16, 2021.
Theme park reservations will continue to be required for guests to enter a park.

On the Go in the Parks: May 7-9, 2021

Sesame Street Safari of Fun at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Families will want to return to the park again and again to enjoy new themed activities celebrating their Sesame Street friends each weekend, including:

Cookie Monster Weekend, May 8 & 9: C is for cookie! Search for Cookie Monster’s favorite treat during this fun-filled weekend, where kids can also decorate a wearable cookie crown craft. Don’t forget to take a selfie by Cookie Monster’s Foodie Truck!

Included in park admission, guests can take part in safe family fun with modified operations for everyone’s health and safety.
