Orlando Science Center September 2021

While you’re waiting for the firefighters to arrive or when you’re ready to put your newfound knowledge to the test, check out RESCUE before it leaves on September 6!

Search and rescue operations take place every minute, every hour, every day, all around the world. But what does a rescue scenario really involve? Through interactive exhibit pieces combined with the stories of real-life heroes, RESCUE offers visitors a first-hand look into the science of saving lives. Climb aboard life-size models of rescue vehicles like helicopters and jet skis to perform a simulated mission or use a sensor to search for heat signatures or test different fire extinguishers to better understand how to fight the flames!

Whether you’re an anchor breaking the news of a disaster, or part of a search and rescue mission, there is no “I” in “TEAM!” Find out if you have what it takes to be a hero.
