It’s time for another TrenD Report!!!
I am seriously in trouble with all these new awesome Princess shirts!!!!!
One of the coolest perks of attending a DVC Merry Mixer, Thank you Todd and Cheryl Perlmutter, is that you get a sneak peek at some of the pins and accessories that will be available in the upcoming months.
I am in LOVE with the Annual Passholder Key Pins!!!
I hope that you love this sneak peek at the 2012 Pins!!!
‘Osh’ Popham and the other Proprietors of Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom have decorated their store front windows for the holidays!!!
These windows give insight into what is offered inside each store and the personality of it’s owner!
I hope you enjoy this look at some of my favorite details!!!
Continuing on my quest to experience things that I have never seen before, I headed to Animal Kingdom to see Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade.
During the holiday season, November 10, 2011 to January 3, 2012, Mickey’s Jamming Jungle Parade gets infused with the spirit and fun of the holidays and is transformed into Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade.
Disney Characters have come for a holiday visit to Animal Kingdom, and star in this 15 minute parade that makes a large loop around the park that launches from the Tusker House Gate in Harambe. The parade time does vary, so make sure that you check the times guide for when it begins!
We got an excellent spot in front of Tusker House, and settled in just in time for the fun to begin.
I honestly was expecting a few cheesy touches, but I was surprised at just how much detail and holiday cheer was infused into the parade!
The over-lay is extremely well done, and I reveled in the little touches!!! Walking Characters were adorned with holiday garb, and holiday details were added to each float.
I really hope that you enjoy this look at Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade as much as I did!!!!

This year I thought it would be fun to go Holiday Resort Hopping, since it was something that we had always wanted to do during our holiday visits but could never find the time.
I thought I would start with Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, because we ran through it last year and I wanted to take a better look at the decorations throughout the Main Building.
Nothing says Christmas at the Grand Floridian like the smell of gingerbread that hits you as soon as the doors to the lobby open! I found so many little details on the super-sized gingerbread Victorian House that I missed last year!!!
I am in LOVE with the all little period details and opulence of the trees and wreaths spread throughout the hallways and walls of the building.
I hope you enjoy some of my favorite pictures of the decorations.

While most of the holiday celebrating at Epcot is featured in each country of the World Showcase, Future World isn’t left out of the fun!
The area is decorated with several topiaries and Joyful! A Gospel Celebration of the Season is performed several times a day on the Fountain of Nations Stage.
So while you are making your way to World Showcase, make sure you slow down to enjoy what Future World has to offer!!!
When Prep & Landing debuted in 2009 on ABC, I absolutely loved it and it quickly became a holiday family favorite!!! And it was really tinsel to get the DVD to review!!!
Prep & Landing is an adorable holiday story about a high-tech team of elves who ensure homes around the world are properly prepared for their visit from Santa. After working for a tireless 227 years, an elf named Wayne (voiced by Dave Foley) is upset when he doesn’t receive an expected promotion. Instead he is partnered with an idealistic rookie elf named Lanny (voiced by Derek Richardson) to execute a special Christmas Eve mission. While on their journey, Wayne and Lanny encounter unexpected challenges that push them to their limits and ultimately threaten Christmas for children around the world. But in the end, these two elves work together to guide Santa through a raging snowstorm in order to save Christmas.
The bonus shorts included on the DVD are really funny!!!
The Prep & Landing Stocking Stuffer Shorts were my favorites!!!! In “Operation Secret Santa” lead elves Lanny and Wayne are sent on a special assignment by Mrs. Clause (voiced by Betty White) into Santa’s Office. And in “Tiny’s Big Adventure” Tiny is the assistant to Magee in the North Pole Christmas Eve Command Center is trying to make a pot of coffee and makes quite a mess!
Also the Prep & Landing Kringle Academy Training Videos and North Pole Commercials were really entertaining!!!!
We all love Prep & Landing, and to help spread the Christmas cheer I’ll be giving away a copy of the movie and shorts on DVD!!!
