A Visit to Leguminati

I haven’t found the National Treasure yet, but I’ve found a local food popup that is a treasure to eat called Leguminati.

Leguminati is an Orlando based pop up featuring plant based, locally made, artisan meats & cheeses in their offerings . Breakfast is currently offered Sundays 12pm-3pm in the parking lot of Artichoke Red in College Park, note some items do sell out.  You can also find Leguminati on Mondays at the Audubon Market in the parking lot of Stardust Video and Coffee. for more of Leguminati’s events stay tuned to their Facebook page

Breakfast options on June 5th featured waffles stuffed with vegan meat and cheese and a california style eggs benedict with avocado, tomato, and sriracha hollandaise.

Memorial day featured home made burgers using seitan with sides

Other options featured are:

vegan grilled cheese, using home made cheese

breakfast tacodillas, version 2, three grilled tortillas stuffed with the new follow your heart vegan egg, leguminati breakfast sausage and our handcrafted pepperjack cheeze and topped with fresh veggie salsa

breakfast tacodillas, version 1, three corn tortillas stuffed with the new follow your heart vegan egg, our handcrafted breakfast sausage & artisan pepper jack cheese and grilled to perfection.

As you can see by the pictures and descriptions above the prices are great and the food is excellent and a great addition to the Orlando Vegan community.

Please find them and give the food a try.
