DVC Merry Mixer

Each year the Disney Vacation Club celebrates the holidays with their DVC Merry Mixer.

This event takes place inside the World ShowPlace Pavilion which is located in Epcot between the United Kingdom and Canada Pavilions. The DVC Merry Mixer will be held for four times this year, two of which have already past, but there are still two more being held on December 11th and 18th from 3pm to 5pm.

At the event you can get cocoa and cookies or a rice krispy treat. There are also Arts & Crafts, Dancing, Simon Says competitions, and much more. You can also find some special Mixer only merchandise offerings, including a special Disney Vacation Club pin and each year a Tree Ornament that is a metallic replica of the same pin. This year there are even some New Fantasyland pins that were first released at this event and will be found elsewhere soon. You can also preview upcoming pins as well as buy DVC merchandise. (warning the lines for this can be long).

If you attend this event, don’t forget to enter the DVC Gift Basket raffle that is held.

And don’t forget to get in line to meet Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy.

Wreck It Ralph Merchandise at Walt Disney World

Wreck It Ralph Merchandise has arrived at Walt Disney World!!!

The Wreck It Ralph merchandise totally captures the spirit (and sometimes smell) of the movie! The pieces are super fun, with great details and imagination. I love it when the merchandise stays so true to a movie, especially when its a movie that I absolutely loved!!!

From Walt Disney Animation Studios and Emmy®-winning director Rich Moore comes “Wreck-It Ralph,” a hilarious, arcade-game-hopping adventure. For decades, Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) has been overshadowed by Fix-It Felix, Jr. (voice of Jack McBrayer), the good-guy star of their game who always gets to save the day. Tired of playing the role of a bad guy, Ralph takes matters into his own massive hands and sets off on a journey across the arcade through multiple generations of video games to prove he’s got what it takes to be a hero.

2011 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Merchandise

This year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party was an absolute blast!!!

Who wouldn’t love a party filled with snow, hot chocolate, Christmas music…and pretty cool party exclusive merchandise!!!

2011 Holiday Merchandise Spotlight on Antenna Toppers and Pins

It’s that time again…Merchandise, Merchandise, Merchandise!!!

I thought that I would do things a little different for this holiday! Instead of clobbering you with a ton of photos in one post, I thought that I would break my posts up in hopes of not being overwhelming.

So let’s get this holiday shopping season started with Antenna Toppers and Pins!!!

2011 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Merchandise

Inside of the 2011 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival Center, located in the much beloved Wonders of Life Pavilion, you will find the most comprehensive collection of Festival Merchandise.

Let’s take a look at what this year has to offer…

198 — This is the painting of the International Food and Wine Festival's signature print.

200 — As always, the focus of the merchandise are items that you can use in your own kitchen.

202 — I am in LOVE with the Minnie Pin!!! So I may be biased, as she's my favorite character...

240 — This is the Annual Passholder exclusive pin for the Food & Wine Festival.

215 — The old world looking stamps on the hat look super cool.

217 — This burn-out t-shirt is really cute! It might be my favorite.

218 — There were a large variety of shirts this year.

220 — While the front seems unassuming...

221 — The back is awesome, because it has replicas of all of the kiosk signs!

Now the next few items I found are so amazing! These cosmetic and messenger bags are created from the banners that flew at last year’s International Food and Wine Festival!!!

246 — The 2011 Food and Wine festival Vinylmation.

The 2011 International Food and Wine Festival has also added two signature wines to their list of exclusive offerings.

The thing that strikes me the most about the merchandise for the 2011 International Food and Wine Festival is that the quality has definitely been kicked up a notch since last year!!!

Also, with the addition of the wines and the priorLife merchandise you will find more opportunities, outside of the featured artists, to purchase one-of-a-kind items!

I have to say that Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday, and I am really excited about the new Halloween Merchandise Offerings!

They seem to be a little more on the ‘scary’ side this year, but they are still fun through and through!
