Disney Springs is quickly becoming a mecca of dining (Did you know that Disney Springs is home to six James Beard Award-Winning, chef-owned dining locations?), and they have announced a new restaurant – Beatrix – will be joining the line-up that in the last year has seen opening of two new restaurants Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and Jaleo by José Andrés.

Beatrix Restaurantowned by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (a Chicago-based restaurant group), will open their first restaurant in Florida at Disney Springs West Side.

Amidst a mid-century setting inspired by Palm Springs in the ‘50s and ‘60s, Beatrix offers a smorgasbord of health-conscious food and beverage options for appetites large and small.

This restaurant, in-house bakery, full-service bar and lounge features a mouthwatering menu with something for everyone—from gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and kids’ selections to coffee, fresh-squeezed juice cocktails, beer and wine.

Need a nosh to go? Head to the onsite market for quick ‘n’ easy treats.
