Portabello Restaurant Hosts Cooking Class With James Beard Award Winning Chef Tony Mantuano on April 9, 2016
Italian countryside restaurant, Portobello Restaurant (1650 Buena Vista Dr.) in Disney Springs announces a Roman Spring cooking class with James Beard Award winning chef Tony Mantuano on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 12 to 2 p.m.
Chef Manutano takes guests on a culinary exploration throughout Italian fare, where they’ll learn how to prepare an authentic Spaghetti alla Carbonara and how to cook the classic dish of Veal Saltimbocca. The crash course in Italian cooking kicks off with an apertivo hour with passed wood-fired pizza with spring artichokes, and each course comes paired with Italian wines. The entire menu includes:
