The minions are hard at work testing the 3-D goggles that guests will wear during Despicable Me Minion Mayhem â Universal Orlandoâs newest 3-D attraction, based on the blockbuster animated film, âDespicable Me.â The minions have subjected the 3-D goggles â and themselves â to a series of essential tests to ensure that they can withstand any impact â like being hit by a sledgehammer, being zapped by an enormous high-powered laserâ¦and holding jalapeno dip during a dinner party. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem will officially open on July 2 at Universal Orlando Resort.
