Kids will learn how to wrap and roll their way to spectacular sushi
Wolfgang Puck Grand Café (1482 East Buena Vista Drive), located in Disney Springs, invites kids to embark on a journey through the Japanese art of sushi making with a kids cooking class. Kids can roll up their sleeves on Saturday, June 25 from 12 to 2 p.m. and learn this exquisite culinary craft.
This interactive and engaging cooking class offers a crash course into exploring the exciting and intricate world of sushi with hands on experience. Class attendees will partake in various class projects learning how to make an array of sushi including hand rolls, nigari and maki rolls. Throughout the class, guests will learn how to properly prepare and season sushi rice, healthy eating habits, and basic cleanliness and food safety skills.
As an added activity, the culinary kiddos will also create refreshing and flavorful summertime drinks including Old Fashioned Chocolate Soda and a Grapey-Orange Cooler. The class is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling 407.828.8996.
